Came in here in a whim on a Saturday afternoon, kind of bare white set up; employees are kind of humorless/not friendly which is fine but awkward. They were super random over my asking for no sesame seeds on my dish.
Food was also "fine" but nothing amazing. $47 for a cold brew, green eggs and a vegan breakfast sandwich - so not a cheap breakfast but decent portions. But nice to have vegan options even if you will need an antacid for the heavy vinegar dressing.

Love this place. Wish it wasn't so busy. Ha!
Even though it was packed, we still were able to get a table.
So many gf and veg options. Their food is delicious and their drip coffee is perfect.
We split the vegan breakfast burrito and the buckwheat pancakes.
We started with the blueberry corn muffins and that was the right choice!
What a great way to start the day!

Higher end prices but for the quality of the food it's understood. Be prepared to wait 10 minutes if it's busy, the kitchen is tiny and they're hustling. The Menu rotates a bit which I like, addresses freshest local ingredients and keeps me trying new things.
The presentation is lovely, everything I've had so far is delicious and beautiful. Drinks, salads, soups, avocado toast. Tables for 4, seating inside and out. I order to go and walk to the library or similar to enjoy at my leisure on a bench.
Also breakfast all day which is a big deal to find around here!

Nice clean place. Has a NY/Brooklyn coffee shop vibe to it but unfortunately you might not be able to get a seat. Staff were OK but you could tell they really weren't the friendly type. Unfortunately I had hair in the middle of chowing down the buckwheat pancakes. Decent visit but not again which is unfortunate.

I’ve been coming to Amara Kitchen pretty often since moving into the neighborhood. I get the breakfast burrito all the time - typically it’s good and makes for a filling brunch. Although lately, it’s been kinda disappointing. The last 3 times I ordered it they somehow managed to “forget” my order and I have to wait even longer for my food. While that’s totally fine, the end result is that I get a sloppily made burrito that falls apart the moment I hold it up. It’s just not great service :(
